Client Portal Acceptable Use Policy

This Client Portal Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the Advanced Networks LLC Client Portal ("Portal"). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to comply with this policy.

The Portal is provided to authorized clients and approved users only.

1. Authorized Access Only

Access to the Portal is restricted to:

  • Approved client users
  • Authorized Advanced Networks personnel
  • Users invited or provisioned by an administrator

You may not:

  • Share credentials
  • Create unauthorized accounts
  • Attempt to bypass authentication controls
  • Use another person's login credentials

Advanced Networks reserves the right to revoke access at any time for security reasons.

2. Acceptable Use of Portal Services

The Portal may include:

  • Ticket submission and tracking
  • Secure file upload/download
  • Documentation storage
  • Security advisories
  • Communication history

You agree to use the Portal solely for legitimate business purposes related to your organization.

You may not:

  • Upload malicious files
  • Transmit spam or abusive content
  • Attempt system scanning, probing, or vulnerability testing
  • Interfere with system performance
  • Reverse engineer or exploit Portal functionality

3. File Upload & Data Handling

When uploading files:

  • Only upload business-related content
  • Ensure files are virus-free
  • Do not upload illegal content
  • Do not upload regulated data unless previously agreed under contract

Advanced Networks may scan uploaded files for malware and security threats.

4. Security & Monitoring

For security purposes:

  • Login attempts may be logged
  • IP addresses may be recorded
  • Suspicious behavior may trigger automated security controls
  • Repeated failed login attempts may result in temporary lockout

We reserve the right to monitor Portal usage to protect infrastructure integrity.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if:

  • The account is inactive
  • The associated client agreement ends
  • Suspicious or abusive activity is detected
  • This policy is violated

If you suspect:

  • Unauthorized access
  • Credential compromise
  • Suspicious portal behavior
